Instructions
Step 1
Add lemongrass and water. Come to a boil
Step 2
Add fish and pineapple. Cook for 5 minutes
Step 3
Season with tamarind powder, sugar, fish sauce, and salt
Step 4
Add lotus roots, elephant ear stalk, and tomatoes
