Step 1
dice chicken breast + coat in cornstarch, salt and black pepper
Step 2
fry chicken on low in a mix of oil and butter. set rice on to cook in salted water
Step 3
when chicken is cooked white, add garlic, honey, rice vinegar, and seasonings
Step 4
when rice is cooked add eggs + cook on low until done. finish when chicken is golden through + add spring onions to serve
