I like this best super cold and right on the verge of being able to eat it with a spoon, but not quite thick enough to do so. If you want yours the same way, simply add a large handful of ice cubes. If you prefer a thinner lassi, add less ice cubes until you get the consistency you like.

Step 1
In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, banana, honey, ginger, oats, lemon juice, vanilla extract, ice cubes, and 2 teaspoons of the chia seeds. Blend until completely smooth.
Step 2
Stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon of chia seeds. Pour the drink into glasses and top with a drizle of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds, bee pollen, and turmeric.
