Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu in rectangular slices, place them on a plate and add salt and pepper on each side. Dip the slices in flour and egg. Fry them in a bit of oil.
Step 2
In a separate pan, add oil and fry some Sichuan peppercorns. Discard the pepper.
Step 3
Fry grated garlic, red chilli, small cit carrot, spring onion whites and mushrooms of choise.
Step 4
Add kimchi and the sauce from the bag.
Step 5
Add tofu slices
Step 6
Season with soy sauce and a teaspoon of Chinese dark vinegar.
Step 7
Add spring onion greens and mature spinach.
Step 8
Serve with Jasmine rice.
