Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken with prefered seasoning and veggies to get the broth to taste good. I used cinnamon, oregano, carrots, onion, celery and a slice of lemon

Dice potatoes to cubes, season, and air fry them or pan fry
Step 3
Airfry almonds (unpeeled and sliced in halves)
Step 4
Add raw peas and carrots a pot with some water to boil and cook abit then drain
Step 5

Chop oinion and add to a pot, sautee it. Then add the raisins then veggies and potatoes and the shredded chicken all to the same pot. Keep warm until rice is done
Step 6

Add 2 cups of rice to a pot and 3 cups of the chicken broth we made. Add salt, tumeric and cinnamon to taste. Stir until it boils and water is less (see Briyani spices added in ingredient section). Lower heat and cover and wait about 15 mins till water all gone and rice cooked
Step 7
When rice cooked, mix it with the other cooked ingredients. Add almonds to you plate for an extra crunch.
