Chickpea, Sweet Potato + Peanut Butter Curry
This is one of our bean champs FAVOURITE recipes. Nutty, creamy, it's pure comfort. You can use sweet potatoes, squash or pumpkin, which are gently poached in coconut milk to soak up all those sweet + spicy aromatics.
