**Used boneless skinless thighs & spinach, extra seasoning on the chicken**!
While I did like this recipe it was just OK. I'll keep it in rotation, BUT, next time I'll add Italian seasoning instead of dill, & definitely add in some crushed red pepper flakes. I also think this needs more fresh garlic (my taste). I feel as though these additions will add more of a "Greekish" taste. 🤷🏽♀️
