Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana

I cut the recipe to 4 servings, rendered the bacon and added the bacon and grease, and only used 1 tbsp of evoo. It tasted great but not quite the same as OG's. They must use another spice or so. I added a couple of dashes of oregano, which helped, but still off a little. However, the soup was delicious and will fix again.
