Step 1
Butter one side of bread and set aside
Step 2
Combine the first 6 ingredients and mix.
Step 3
Heat skillet and place 3 pieces of bread with butter face down in pan. Evenly distributed chicken on top of the bread. Too with vegetables then add the second slice of bread on top, butter side facing outwards. Flip when bottoms are golden brown and cook the same way on the other side.
