Step 1
1. Brown veal in pot over M heat, when about half done add in veg.
Step 2
2. Separately, mix flour, broth and wine until mix is smooth, use this to deglaze the bottom of the pot.
Step 3
3. Cook on low 7-8hr or until veal is very tender.
