Instructions
Step 1
1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions (cut into rings) to the skillet and sprinkle with sea salt. Cover and sauté over medium/high heat for 5-10 minutes or until softened. Place on a plate and set aside.
Step 2
2. Add steak and chicken, both sliced into thin strips, to the skillet. Cook and break up into small pieces until completely cooked through and no longer pink. Turn heat to low and add the onions and peppers back to the pan. Toss together and season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Weigh the mixture and divide by the number of servings to get the amount needed to fill each serving.

3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

4. Spread one serving of the mixture over each flatbread. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of provolone cheese over each one and roll up tight. Place wraps on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the bread is warm and the cheese is melted. One wrap per serving. Enjoy 1/4 cup of raspberries on the side of each serving.
