Instructions

Step 1
On medium-low heat, sauté onions until translucent, with only a little brown. (This will require letting the onions sit occasionally.)

Reduce to low heat, and add ginger-garlic paste.

Add spices and sauté more.

Add tomatoes and chilli peppers, and sauté more.

Add Worcestershire sauce.

Add eggs and beat in pan. If the pan is too hot, consider removing from heat first so that the eggs don’t cook before you can beat them.

Add cilantro and stir throughout the eggs.
