Instructions
Step 1
Boil water for noodles in a large pot
Step 2
Mince onion, green pepper, and fresh garlic cloves
Step 3
Season ground beef with basil, parsley, oregano, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dash, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Cook noodles
Step 5
Cook ground beef, green pepper, onion, and garlic together in a skillet
Step 6
Combine ground beef, noodles, beans, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and beef broth into a pot
Step 7
Season to taste
Step 8
Allow to cook until mixture is hot throughout
Step 9
Top with cheese or crackers if desired
Step 10
CROCKPOT:
Wait to boil noodles until 30 minutes before meal time.
Reduce 3 cups of bouillon to 3/4 cup bouillon. Add 1 10oz can rotel. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
