Step 1
1. Season chicken with salt, thyme, black pepper, garlic and onion powder and soy sauce. Let Marinate. 2. In a pan, add and heat oil, add in eggs and scramble, set aside. 3. In same pan, cook chicken fully, add in teriyaki sauce, set aside. 4. In same pan, add ginger, cook for a minute then add in onion, carrot, bean sprouts, and peas. 5. Once warm, add in rice. 6. Add in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce until rice takes on color. 7. Add the chicken and eggs back in. 8. Garnish with green onion.
