Step 1
Cook and drain pasta. Save 1 cup of pasta water for sauce
Step 2
Use same pan, add ricotta, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Slowly stir in pasta water into sauce
Step 4
Add pasta, mix and serve
