Sri Lankan style chickpea/lentils
Can mix it up with whatever veggies are available
Can use anti-inflammatory spice mix instead of the other spices
Can serve with cucumber, tomato, red onion salad in lemon juice if there are less veggies in it. Can also serve with rice, quinoa, nacho chips.
