Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Step 2
Boil a saucepan of water and add the pasta to it. Cook until al dente.
Step 3
Dice the onion and add to a pan of frylight. Cook until softened. Dice the chicken and chop the bacon.
Step 4
Add the garlic paste to the pan along with the chicken and bacon. Season with the bbq seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Once the chicken and bacon have cooked, add the tomato puree, worcester sauce and pasta water to adjust the consistency. Cook through until thickened.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta and stir.
Step 7
Pour the pasta mixture into an oven proof dish and top with the grated cheese.
Step 8
Cook in the oven for 5 min until the cheese has melted.
