Instructions
Step 1
In a glass (or bigger cup) add some oats. Then add couple of spoons of yoghurt. Add a spoon of jam or maple syrup. Add some chia seeds. Pour a little bit of milk and mix everything up. If needed add more milk. Then add another spoon of yoghurt and a few pieces of banana or berries of choise.
Step 2
Cover the cups and leave them overnight.
