Instructions

Step 1
first season ur shrimp with salt & pepper & set aside
Step 2
prepare the veggies & fruit & wash rice
Step 3
seer shrimps for just 1 min on both sides
Step 4
sauteè grated garlic & ginger & red curry paste
Step 5
add ur rice & quickly add 80ml of coconut milk with some boiling water (just enough to cover the rice) & stirr till evenly disterbuted
Step 6
add the veggies & fruit
Step 7
cook for 35 mins on low heat with the lid on then add lime juice
Step 8
add shrimps to the pan & cook for 5 mins so they get cooked through
