Instructions
Step 1
Put water, red onion, fingerroot, granulated sugar and salt in a pan, cook until it boils through 3 minutes
Step 2
Add cooked corn until half cooked through 7 minutes
Step 3
Add carrots, cook until all are cooked through 15 minutes
Step 4
Add spinach, stir well through 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, remove from heat. Serve immediately.
