Ingredients

4sandwich rolls
1 headiceberg lettuce
1tomato
0.25red onion
sliced
2 slicesprovolone cheese
3 slicesham
3 slicessalami
4 slicespepperoni
hot chili peppers
small green peppers for sandwiches
4 tablespoonsmayo
2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoonsdried italian herbs
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Step 1
Chop all ingredients together very fine
Step 2
Put all chopped ingredients into a stainless steel bowl and mix together with mayo, red win vinegar, evoo, italian herbs, salt, and pepper
Step 3
Cut barillo rolls lengthwise
Step 4
Apply 1 tablespoon of evoo to both sides of barillo roll and toast on pan or griddle
Step 5
Remove roll from pan or griddle and fill with mixed sandwich contents
Step 6
Enjoy
