Instructions
Step 1
Cook quinoa per instructions
Step 2
Fry tofu in olive oil
Step 3
Blend cilantro lime dressing ingredients together
Step 4
Mix quinoa, corn, tofu, black beans, red onion together. This mixture is the base and can be stored in the fridge
Step 5
