Instructions
Step 1
Sauté carrots and sweet potato until golden brown.

Step 2
Sauté red onion and garlic then add beef until slightly browned then place in a crockpot

Step 3
Add tomato sauce and paste, water, chili flakes and live it overnight
Step 4
Soak block beans over night and boil it with water the next day
Step 5
The next day add carrots, sweet potatoes, black beans, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, green olive and green peas. Cook for another 2hrs low heat.
