Instructions
Step 1
Loosely dice onion, capsicum, garlic. Grate carrots.
Step 2
On a medium heat, fry onion and capsicum until translucent.
Step 3
Add garlic and lentils and fry for 2 minutes. Add spices and fry for another minute.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, chickpeas and carrot. Mix on a low heat, ensuring nothing sticks to the pan. Then blend with a stick blender until blended with some chunky bits.
Step 5
Reduce until it can be formed into patties (20-25 minutes). Then add breadcrumbs and aquafaba. Form into patties.
