½ teaspoonground cumin
½ teaspoonchili powder
½ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
½ cupcrumbled feta cheese

1 kilospinach leaves
chopped
1 kilotuna
cooked in water
0.5 kilococoa powder
cooked and sliced

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and tuna, spinach, black beans, red and yellow bell peppers, red onion, and cilantro.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.
Step 4
If desired, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
