Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, blitz the silken tofu, plant milk, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder
Step 2
In a frying pan, heat vegan butter and crumble in the firm tofu
Step 3
Fry for a few minutes and then add the silken tofu mixture
Step 4
Cook through for a few minutes until it’s thickened up. Add salt and kala namak to taste. Serve over sourdough toast, in a breakfast burrito or even on it’s own
