Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop the onins, garlic, ginger and chillis

Brown the onions in a deep pot with bay leaves. Lots of oil.

Add the chopped ginger, garlic and chillis

Add half the tin of tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of puree

Add the herbs and salt. Turmeric, coriander powder

Wait for around 30mins + for the oil to separate. Meanwhile, chop up the chicken into small pieces. Also chop the fresh coriander (leaves + stems).

Add the chicken once oil seperated and more of a paste. Last add the fresh coriander
