Quick easy and healthy taco salad. Low carb if you exclude the chips. Either way....delicious.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook ground beef with all seasonings (garlic salt, chili powder, cayenne and crushed red pepper) until done.
Step 2
Chop Lettuce, Tomatoes and top with some black olives in individual dishes
Step 3
Put ground beef mixture over top of lettuce mixture, top with cheese
Step 4
Add rest of ingredients to taste (chips, salsa, taco sauce and sour cream)
