Step 1
Drain rice and place in rice cooker with water and cook. In a small saucepan combine coconut cream, sugar and salt and heat in low, stirring until sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Slice mangoes
Step 2
When rice is done, slowly mix 1/2 of the coconut cream mix into the rice until absorbed. Allow to cool. Serve with mangoes and remaining salted coconut cream. Destroy.
