Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, add blended oats, protein yogurt, rice milk, chia seeds, sweetener and cinnamon and mix until well combined. Then fold in the frozen berries and mix to combine. Preheat the oven to 180C. Spray an oven-safe dish with fry lite and then pour the mixture into the tin. Cook in the oven for 30 mins or until golden brown. Cut into 8 slices.
