Step 1
Boil the meat in boiling water till it foams, drain. Sauté chopped onion in a pot with oil. Add meat and spices, sauté 2 more minutes. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. When the meat is almost cooked add the celery, parsley and mint. Add the lemon when the meat is cooked or the last 29 minutes of cooking.
