Instructions

Step 1
Tenderize the beef with a meat tenderizer and cut small to medium size against the grain. Keep Aside.
Step 2
Add in mustard seeds and keep frying till there is no more popping
Step 3
Slice your onions and add them into pan.
Step 4
Cook for about 10 minutes till golden
Step 5
Add in your pepper, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves and cook down for 2-3 minutes
Step 6
Add in your chili powder, coriander, garam masala, and turmeric and mix for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
Add Dark Soy Sauce
Step 8
Add in your beef and about 1 cup of water or more till just the tips of the beef are showing
Step 9
Cover and simmer on low for about 20-25 minutes or until beef is done.
Step 10
Uncover and let the water evaporate till a thicker consistency is achieved
Step 11
Add coriander (optional) and salt for taste.
