1yellow onion
diced

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 x 4 ozcan green chiles

3 cupchicken
shredded

1 tspdried oregano leaves

1 tspsea salt

1 Tbspcumin

1 tspblack pepper

5 cupschicken broth

15 ozcan white beans
rinsed and drained

1 cupfrozen yellow corn

½ cupsour cream

1 Tbsplime juice

4strips bacon
cooked and crumbled

1avocado
sliced

2 Tbspfresh cilantro leaves

4 wedgeLime
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter in pot over medium. Add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent or 3-4 minutes
Step 2
Add chiles. Cook 1 minute
Step 3
Add chicken and seasonings. Stir to combine
Step 4
Pour in broth. Stir in beans and corn. Cover and simmer 10 min.
Step 5
Turn off heat, add sour cream, lime juice, and bacon.
Step 6
Garnish each serving with avocado, lime wedge, cilantro and cheese.
