For the mango salsa
0.5mango
ripe, peeled, stoned, and diced
0.25red bell pepper
seeded and finely chopped
2scallions
finely chopped
1red chili
seeded and finely chopped
garlic clove
crushed
1lime
finely grated and juiced
cilantro leaves
For the Sriracha mayo
Instructions
Step 1
Make the mango salsa. Combine all ingredients and leave in fridge until needed
Step 2
For the mayo, mix and set aside
Step 3
Place a frying pan over medium heat. Toast the sides of the buns, setting aside
Step 4
Place the flour on a plate. Dip the patties into the flour to coat evenly. Add the oil to the pan and cook patties 4 min on each side
Step 5
Spread the base with the mayo. Add a patty. Top with a generous amount of salsa and top with bun. Repeat for the second burger.
