Step 1
(PREP) Combine flour and fajita mix and cover your basa fillets. Put aside. Make your avocado crema, by blending the avocado, sour cream, chill, garlic, lime juice and season generously. Cut your red pepper and onion.
Step 2
Oil a pan and fry off your onions and pepper. Cover with a bit more fajita seasoning. Approx 10 mins.
Step 3
Cover the base of a pan with vegetable oil and heat over a medium/high heat. Once hot, fry your basa fillets for 8 minutes. Flip halfway.
Step 4
Toast your corn tortillas.
Step 5
Make your fajitas. Fill it with stuff. Maybe a bit of feta too. Who knows. Fuck you.
