Instructions

Step 1
Butter each slice of bread on one side each

Place one slice buttered side down in the Toastie maker or frying pan

Layer the cheese slices and ham on top. Add the second slice of bread, buttered side facing upwards
Step 4
Toast in the Toastie maker, or fry for about 4 minutes until golden. If using the frying pan, when the bottom is golden, carefully flip the Toastie to cook the other side.
Step 5
Serve with a fresh green salad
