THE VEGAN šŸ£ EGG RECIPE šŸ‘‡ Did you know this egg is made from lentils?! Well, it is! So cheap, and with a few spices, you can whip up these delicious breakfast tacos in no time! Follow   for easy, comforting and delicious plant based recipes all year long! Ingredients: 1 cup split yellow lentils, soaked overnight 1 cup oat milk 1 tsp black salt 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp corn starch Method: 1. Drain the soaked lentils and add to the blender with everything else. Blend until super smooth. 2. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp oil and warm for 30 seconds. Add the lentil mixture and stir to cook. Cook for 2 minutes and then cover for 2 more minutes. 3. Remove lid and stir to combine. It should look like scrambled eggs at this point. Top with even more black salt and enjoy this high protein breakfast option!

Instructions

Step 1
