Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat oil in pot. Add onion and green pepper. Saute until mostly soft.
Step 2
Add garlic to pot. Saute 1 minute.
Step 3
Add meat along with all seasonings, (I eyeballed it because original recipe had no measurements listed). Cook until no longer pink. Drain.
Step 4
Add broth and tomato sauce to pot. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add noodles. Boil in soup according to package directions.
Step 6
Spoon in to bowls and top with mozzarella cheese and/or ricotta cheese if desired.
