My take on chicken pozole

Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken in water.
chicken breast5 lb
water6 c
salt4 top
Step 2
Remove chicken from water keeping broth.
Set meet aside to cool.
Step 3
Add items to leftover broth and return to boil
onions3
cloves garlic6
chicken broth5 qt
chili powder8 tab
oregano3 tsp
cans hominy3
can of diced tomatoes1
can diced green chilies1
can salsa verde1
Step 4
Diced chicken and return to broth
Step 5
Return to a boil until liquid is reduced by 2 cups.
Simmer until ready to serve.
