2 tablespoonsrapeseed oil

Medium, finely chopped

Leek
medium, finely sliced

3 clovesgarlic
crushed

500gminced beef

2 tablespoonsground cumin

2 tablespoonssmoked paprika

½ teaspoonkashmiri chilli powder

1 tablespoonworcester sauce

2cans chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoonchipotle paste

2 tablespoonspepper paste

1can kidney beans

Instructions
Step 1
Slow fry onion with a pinch salt until soft and golden then add beef and fry until browned.
Step 2
Add spices and fry for 2 mins to release flavour then add leeks and garlic and continue frying until leeks are softened.
Step 3
Transfer to a casserole dish with remaining ingredients bar beans, add hslf a can of water and cook in a medium oven for an hour or more. Keep an eye on sauce and add water to prevent drying.
Step 4
Drain but don't rinse the beans and add to the chilli. The leeks should have disappeared into the sauce by this point. Season before serving.
