Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and add onions, chopped ginger and garlic, and chopped green chilies and cook on medium until onions are translucent. Then turn stove to high
Step 2
Add Chicken and cook on high until cooked on outside. Stir constantly.
Step 3
Add spices and cook until fragrant. Stir constantly.
Step 4
Add tomatoes and cook until they release water
Step 5
Keep stirring thoroughly until water reduces, about 15 minutes
Step 6
Sprinkle black pepper, whole green chilies, and cilantro on top and let it heat for 2 minutes
