Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and add onions, chopped ginger and garlic, and chopped green chilies until onions are translucent
Step 2
Add Chicken and cook on medium high until cooked on outside
Step 3
Add spices and cook until fragrant
Step 4
Add tomatoes and cook until they release water
Step 5
Add yogurt and stir thoroughly
Step 6
Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes
Step 7
Sprinkle plentiful of pepper on top and let it heat for 2 minutes
Step 8
Add cilantro, whole green chilies, and julienned ginger
