Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) fan forced.
Step 2
Let puff pastry come to room temprature.
Step 3
Spread the minced garlic on the pastry
Step 4
Spread the Pasata on the pastry (on top of garlic)
Step 5
Add desired toppings
Step 6
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the pastry.
Step 7
Start rolling the pastry from one end, use plastic to assist you.
Step 8
Cut the pastry into approx. 1 inch pieces.
Step 9
Line the tray with baking paper or spray with cooking oil
Step 10
Place the pieces (side up) on to a baking tray, so you can see the pinwheel pattern.
Step 11
If the pinwheel is oblong, pinch the sides to make it more round.
Step 12
Cook for 15-25 minutes or until golden brown
Step 13
Cool on cooling rack
