Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) fan forced.

Let puff pastry come to room temprature.

Spread the minced garlic on the pastry

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the pastry.

Start rolling the pastry from one end, use plastic to assist you.

Cut the pastry into approx. 1 inch pieces.

Line the tray with baking paper or spray with cooking oil
