Ingredients

Chicken & Marinade
60mlgarlic sauce
medium
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tspgarlic granules
½ tsponion granules
½ tspItalian mixed herbs
½ tspsmoked paprika

Instructions
Step 1
1. Prep your veg by dicing the red onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and diced garlic.
Step 2
2. Slice the chicken thigh into bite size pieces and add into a large mixing bowl with the rest of the marinade ingredients.

3. Mix together and cover and place in the fridge for 30 mins to marinate, or use straight away if you don't have time.
Step 4
4. Heat the olive oil on high heat in a frying pan and add into your chicken. Stir occasionally and fry for 6-8 mins until cooked through and set aside on a plate for later.

5. Bring your salted water to boil and add in your dry pasta and cook for around 8 mins and then reserve some of the pasta water.

6. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter, once melted add the onion, pepper and cherry tomatoes.
Step 7
7. Stir and fry for 5 mins until soft and then add into the seasoning and mix around before adding in the diced garlic and tomato puree.
Step 8
8. Pour in the Nando's sauce and spoon in the cream cheese, followed by adding in the reserved pasta water.
Step 9
9. Stir all around to make a silky sauce and then add in the freshly chopped parsley followed by the cooked pasta and chicken.
Step 10
10. Give a final stir through and serve into equal portions. 11. Enjoy!
