2red chillies
4 Tcoriander
2 Tcumin
2 tspturmeric
2 tspkashmiri chilli powder
1 tspblack pepper
2 Toil
3 Tvinegar
1.2kgchicken

400gtinned tomato
¾ cchicken stock
200mlcoconut milk
3 tspgaram masala
2 tspchilli powder
1 tspcumin
1 tspturmeric
Instructions
Step 1
Blend first 12 ingredients together to make curry paste. This will be enough to make 2-3 curries
Step 2
Fry onions and garlic in oil until golden. Remove from pan.
Step 3
Add chicken to pan, brown and seal all over.
Step 4
Add 3T curry paste (that you just made), and return onions and garlic to pan. Stir well to coat
Step 5
Add remaining ingredients, except coconut milk. Allow to simmer 45min, adding more stock if necessary
Step 6
Add coconut milk, allow to cook for 15min.
Step 7
Season to taste, serve over fluffy white rice
