Step 1
Roll the mince into four balls and flatten into the tortillas
Step 2
Add Tortilla to a greased frying pan and cooks for a couple of minutes on each side
Step 3
With the mince facing up, add a slice of cheese and put on a lid. Cook for another minute until the cheese starts to melt
Step 4
Chop up the lettuce, gerkins and onion and add onto the top of the burgers
Step 5
Combine the sauce ingredients and dollop on top. Fold and eat!
