Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the tofu with your hands. Keep aside and cover.
Step 2
In a pan, on medium heat, add the rice bran oil, onions and cumin seeds and saute for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, black pepper and salt. Saute for another minute before adding the crumbled tofu. Stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes till everything is mixed together and the tofu is properly coated with the turmeric. Server hot.
