Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the protein powder, oats, chia and cinnamon. Stir together the milk, yogurt and maple syrup in a jug. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Step 2
Stir in the raspberries and divide the mixture between the jars.
Step 3
Cover with lids and leave in the fridge overnight (or for at least eight hours ).
Step 4
Sprinkle over the almonds to serve.
