80gcabbage

1 tspokonomiyaki sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Combine the noatmeal dry mix, dashi powder, and pinch of salt in a small pot or bowl.
Step 2
Add water and stir well to hydrate.
Step 3
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened (~3–4 minutes).
Step 4
Add shredded cabbage and stir.
Step 5
Add the whole egg and egg white into the pot, gently stirring or letting it cook on top.
Step 6
Cook until eggs set (~3–4 minutes).
Step 7
Transfer to a bowl.
Step 8
Drizzle with sugar-free okonomiyaki sauce and Kewpie mayo.

Top with bonito flakes and furikake.

Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a glass or small bowl to release their flavor.

Add cold water, lemon juice, and monk fruit sweetener.

Stir or lightly blend until combined.

Add ice cubes if desired and stir again.

Pour into a serving glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
