Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease a muffin tin abnd add diced onion, green pepper, and bacon to each cup.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper
Step 4
Por the egg mixture over the veggies and bacon
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 mins or until set and golden on top
Step 6
Let cool slightly and enjoy
