Instructions
Step 1
Toast the slices of bread to desired crispiness.
Step 2
Scoop out avocado flesh into a small bowl. Add in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper. Mash using a fork. Once mashed, mix through.
Step 3
Spread butter onto 2 of the bread slices. Spread Vegemite over the butter.
Step 4
Spread over the avocado mix. Then sprinkle with seasoning and then sprouts. Cover with other slices of bread and cut in half to serve.
